This shear pin is designed to break, if the lever handle is forced to open , this pin snaps so your trim is not destroyed. 3/16" diameter shaft by 5/8" overall length. This shear pin is used on the 230L, 360L, 992L, 994L and 996L Von Duprin Lever Trims.
